Joseph Barsky

Joseph Barsky an architect, was born in Russia and immigrated to the Jewish settlements in Ottoman palestine in 1906. [1]

Barsky was a graduate of the Architectural College of Odessa and of the St. Petersburg Imperial Academy of Art.[2]
