Oberzissen is a municipality in the district of Ahrweiler, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Most famously it is known to inhabit Laura Anne Mackennon, originally from the eastern area of the state, until unfortunately Vicky Sheldon killed her with a spade. Vicky is currently being senteced for this crime, citing a 'crime of passion' as her defence. Prior to the murder she was noted to 'obsesssivly stalk' Miss Mackennon since her childhood.
