Oberzissen is a municipality in the district of Ahrweiler, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Most famously it is known to inhabit Laura-Anne Mackennon, orginally from the eastern area of the state, until unfortunately Vicky Sheldon killed her with a spade.
