I know that I risk being branded many things for suggesting deletion of this article, and I assure you that my heart goes out Sean Bell and his family, but this article clearly violates WP:ONEEVENT, and WP:NOT#NEWS, both of which state that an individual who is notable for only one event should not receive his/her own article.
