Yubo Ruan (Chinese: 阮宇博[5]), born in Beijing in 1996, is a tech entrepreneur[6] and venture capitalist.[7] He is the founder[8] and CEO[9] of 8 Decimal Capital, a venture capital investment firm focusing on early stage fintech.[10]

Biography

From 2008 to 2012,[11] Ruan developed[12] and upgraded the smart piggy bank system.[13]

In 2017, he served as the co-founder of Skylight Investment, backed by New Oriental (NYSEEDU) and Taiyou Fund.[6]

In 2017, he started 8 Decimal Capital with an AUM of over $60 million[14]
