February 2024

[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. On January 26 you mass reverted lots of old edits made by yourself, which were perfectly okay. Why did you do that? Those errors you fixed are now back.

Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to the encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment further, please use your sandbox instead. Thank you. -- Gor1995 𝄞 12:05, 6 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! Well, firstly, I want to focus on correcting grave mistakes, and also expanding articles. Secondly, I realized that I should not have inserted blank spaces before and after em-dashes, because obviously in English you don’t do that, which is a rule that seems totally stupid to me, so I got a bit angry and reverted most minor edits. Won’t be doing that in the future, though. Sorry if I made you mad. Galicijac (talk) 22:56, 6 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, not mad at all, I just did not understand why you did that :)

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:49, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
