Multi-drop serial lines are still very heavily used in SCADA applications, and certain protocols like Modbus are still used today because of this usage. This page seems to be heavily biased towards wireless technologies. --Jakehawkes42 (talk) 22:16, 9 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
