Why do you need "ease of access" to Special:Upload?
Why do you need "ease of access" to Special:Upload? Do you need to edit the page Wikipedia:Upload/Non-free album cover or something? You also don't need to upload an image using that process. The WP:File Upload Wizard is always available. Ss112 21:14, 15 June 2022 (UTC)

- Hard to say what my problem was exactly since it’s been so long, but looking at it now, a decent chunk of the “National and international success” is dedicated to hailing his feats in a level of detail which doesn’t seem necessary.
