The Bharwana, Bhanwar , Bhawar, Bharon, Bharion and Bharoka are all sub-clan of the Sial tribe of Rajputs. Those in Jhang district, Khushab District, Mianwali District, Bhakkar District, Layyah District and Chiniot District of Pakistan, converted to Islam under the influence of the Sufi poet Farid Ganj Shakar.[1]
