Mocra (Template:Lang-uk; Template:Lang-ru) is a commune in the Rîbnița District of Transnistria, Moldova. It is composed of four villages: Basarabca (Бессарабка), Mocra, Șevcenco (Шевченко) and Zaporojeț (Запорожець, Запорожец).[1] It has since 1990 been administered as a part of the self-proclaimed Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
History
Mokra, as it was known in Polish, was a private village of the Lubomirski family, administratively located in the Bracław County in the Bracław Voivodeship in the Lesser Poland Province of the Kingdom of Poland.[2]
