Pakistan football articles

Hi, hope you are doing well. I saw that the articles relating to football in Pakistan are quite incomplete and a whole mess. I have overhauled the whole articles relating to the topic which were quite outdated, specially even the main Pakistan national football team article, and updated the individual player stats and records but they are still in dire need of maintenance. I am also trying my best to improve the Pakistan national football team results article but it is still quite confusing, with matches from World Football Elo Ratings and 11vs11 mixed, and many of them missing. If you have time, can you please have a look at that and see what can be done. I am quite impressed by your contributions, and I think your countributions can be very helpful for the articles. Cheers and thank you very much 82.6.13.166 (talk) 22:34, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

August 2023

It appears that you moved 2023–24 Stade Malherbe Caen season to draft space as not ready for article space, but then copied it to article space while adding more detailed information at the end of the article. You should have left the article standing in article space while adding material to it. Your move to draft space followed by an apparent copy-paste appears to have gamed attribution, making the article appear to have been originated by you. Copy-paste moves are strongly discouraged, and gaming of attribution is strongly discouraged. In this case, you could have added the material to the end of the article. Robert McClenon (talk) 01:18, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Robert McClenon: What are you talking about? The article was clearly not ready for article space and I did what's necessary. No copying was made.--Dl.thinker (talk) 01:20, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Consider switching to the new MoveToDraft script

Hi, please consider switching to the new Move To Draft script. It is fork of the script that you are using, but has some bug fixes, important warnings, and some feature enhancements. You'll have to comment out/remove the line mentioning Evad's version in your common.js file. If for any reason, you decide to stick to Evad's version, no worries. Ciao. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 06:04, 7 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

New pages patrol newsletter

Hello Sakiv,

New Page Review article queue, March to September 2023

Backlog update: At the time of this message, there are 11,300 articles and 15,600 redirects awaiting review. This is the highest backlog in a long time. Please help out by doing additional reviews!

October backlog elimination drive: A one-month backlog drive for October will start in one week! Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles and redirects patrolled. Articles will earn 4x as many points compared to redirects. You can sign up here.

PageTriage code upgrades: Upgrades to the PageTriage code, initiated by the NPP open letter in 2022 and actioned by the WMF Moderator Tools Team in 2023, are ongoing. More information can be found here. As part of this work, the Special:NewPagesFeed now has a new version in beta! The update leaves the NewPagesFeed appearance and function mostly identical to the old one, but updates the underlying code, making it easier to maintain and helping make sure the extension is not decommissioned due to maintenance issues in the future. You can try out the new Special:NewPagesFeed here - it will replace the current version soon.

Notability tip: Professors can meet WP:PROF #1 by having their academic papers be widely cited by their peers. When reviewing professor articles, it is a good idea to find their Google Scholar or Scopus profile and take a look at their h-index and number of citations. As a very rough rule of thumb, for most fields, articles on people with a h-index of twenty or more, a first-authored paper with more than a thousand citations, or multiple papers each with more than a hundred citations are likely to be kept at AfD.

Reviewing tip: If you would like like a second opinion on your reviews or simply want another new page reviewer by your side when patrolling, we recommend pair reviewing! This is where two reviewers use Discord voice chat and screen sharing to communicate with each other while reviewing the same article simultaneously. This is a great way to learn and transfer knowledge.

You've made multiple reverts here to include the Green Party on this list. Please stop doing this without discussion. You have already been made aware of the special conduct rules here in 2021. Elli (talk | contribs) 20:33, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Elli: I did not undo any edits except once. Do not come to my discussion page and make accusations like these. We need to show the opinion of a major party like the GPUS, which you only describe as “minor.”--Dl.thinker (talk) 20:39, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
1 2 reverts. And no, the GPUS is not a major party, and we aren't even listing major parties at that page! Please take this to talk if you insist on inclusion here. Elli (talk | contribs) 20:41, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Elli: If you do not know who the party is and its history, then this is your problem! Dl.thinker (talk) 20:49, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Keeps reverting the casualty section for the 1948 Jenin War

You've made multiple reverts regarding the casualties for the Zionist militias and the Iraqi army during their confrontation in Jenin in 1948. Despite both side agreeing that the battle was an Iraqi army victory and humiliation for the Zionist militias with catastrophic casualties because the Zionists used human wave attack formations against the defending Iraqi army. You keep reverting every edit different from the ”official” zionist historiegraphy which states “200 iraqis dead, 34 Israelis”. That is not the case. Even NYtimes.com agrees that only 48 Iraqis died compared to more than 1600 Zionist casualties including 600 dead.

Stop this or we’ll have to escalate. 84.216.129.208 (talk) 10:22, 20 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
