Justin DuBose is the Founder & President of Communicate To Care, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization which provides leadership development for organizations[1]. He hosts The Leading Lounge podcast[2] and is also a military chaplain[3], author[4], university professor, and an ordained minister with the Christian & Missionary Alliance[5].

After graduating from the University of North Georgia and commissioning into the United States Army Reserve, DuBose attended Luther Rice Seminary and received his Master of Divinity degree. His Doctor of Philosophy degree was conferred by Northcentral University[6]. His dissertation was titled Perception of Motivating Language by Leaders in a Christian Denomination: Comparing Communication Effectiveness Through Digital and Traditional Channels[7].

After serving as a pastor and school administrator in North Carolina[8][9], he now serves as a pastor in Texas[10][11]. DuBose also serves as an adjunct faculty member with Abilene Christian University[12] and Toccoa Falls College[13].
