AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway is a non-profit hospital in Palm Coast, Florida owned by AdventHealth.

History

On January 19, 2021, AdventHealth announced that it was constructing a new $100 million[3][4][5] (later it grew to $167 million) 153,000-square-foot; four-story hospital in Palm Coast, Florida with 100 private beds.[6][7] It expected that the new hospital would create 300 to 500 full-time jobs, in addition to the 1,100 at AdventHealth Palm Coast.[3][4][7]

On September 2, 2021, AdventHealth had a groundbreaking ceremony for AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.[8] On September 14, 2021, construction workers began construction of the hospital.[9][10][11]

In late May of 2022, AdventHealth and construction workers celebrated the topping out of AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.[12][13]

On July 31, 2023, construction was completed and the hospital officially opened on August 2, 2023.[6][7][14]

On the day of opening, it was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The new facility compliments the hospitals 30,000 square foot medical offices that were opened that June.[7][14]
