If something's posted on Mark Evanier's newsfromme.com, it's more than likely true. The man is an industry veteran with contacts everywhere, and has frequently posted obituaries and death notices for comics and TV related personalities before it was reported in the mainstream press. Evanier is a credible source, despite what a recent new editor claimed. TheRealFennShysa 18:44, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I am more concerned that we get it right, rather than quick. Newsfromme is a blog, apparently, and per WP:RS, blogs are not to be considered reliable sources. It should hit the MSM soon, and if it does, we'll include that info. --rogerd 19:03, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's now in the L.A. Times - [1] --68.72.70.2 21:48, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Death info has been restored, and the article has been unprotected. --rogerd 21:59, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Goodbye, You brought a lot of laughs and sometimes turned a hard day into a smile at the end of the day
