Pietro Armanni (born 6 October 2005) is an Italian racing driver currently driving for Monolite Racing in the Formula Regional European Championship.[1][2]
Career
Karting
Armanni started karting in 2016, he took part in some italian and regional karting championships.
Formula 4
2020
In 2020 Armanni made his single-seater debut, competing in the Italian F4 Championship with Bvm racing, disputing the last two rounds of the championship in Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari and Vallelunga circuit. He obteined as best result a 17th place in the second race of his career.
2021
In 2021 Armanni takes part in the Italian F4 Championship, racing for the italian team Iron Lynx. And for the first time in his career completes an entire championship in single-seater, the championship started at Circuit Paul Ricard and finished in Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. Armanni finished the championship with 8 points, and as the best result he obtained a 7th place in the first race of Imola, in the same weekend he got on the rookie podium for the first time. He got another rookie podium in Autodromo Nazionale di Monza.
Formula Regional
Armanni made his Formula Regional European Championship debut in 2021 post-season tests with DR Formula RP Motorsport. In 2022 he finds the agreement with Monolite Racing to take part in the entire championship.
