Pushback from resorts?
I've heard anecdotes of onsen resorts opposing the development of GT power, fearing that the hot springs would be diminished for tourist purposes.

- Yes, this is definitely one of the reasons for a slowdown in the development of geothermal power plants after the 1990s. It should be added to the article. --Ita140188 (talk) 17:38, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks, excellent! BTW, should onsen be pluralized to "onsens"? I don't know what Wikipedia style guide says about this... Kortoso (talk) 19:40, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
- Actually I see in the onsen article, we are using the Japanese form, without final "s" for plural marking. Kortoso (talk) 19:45, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks ;) --Ita140188 (talk) 04:56, 16 November 2015 (UTC)
