Pushback from resorts?

I've heard anecdotes of onsen resorts opposing the development of GT power, fearing that the hot springs would be diminished for tourist purposes.

Yes, this is definitely one of the reasons for a slowdown in the development of geothermal power plants after the 1990s. It should be added to the article. --Ita140188 (talk) 17:38, 12 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, excellent! BTW, should onsen be pluralized to "onsens"? I don't know what Wikipedia style guide says about this... Kortoso (talk) 19:40, 13 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Actually I see in the onsen article, we are using the Japanese form, without final "s" for plural marking. Kortoso (talk) 19:45, 13 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks ;) --Ita140188 (talk) 04:56, 16 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
