Welcome!

Hello, Sruva123, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!--Mishae (talk) 04:15, 1 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

February 2015

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Louis XVI of France may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Flags

Hi, and thank you for your contributions. We don't generally put flags for birth and death places in infoboxes, see WP:MOSFLAG. --John (talk) 21:23, 1 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hoax flags and emblems

Please do not insert hoax flags and national emblems into articles, like you have done here. The filename and file description clearly state that the design is fictitious and unhistorical. --benlisquareTCE 04:30, 27 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

File:Noi vogliam Dio.ogg listed for discussion

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Noi vogliam Dio.ogg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for discussion. Please see the discussion to see why it has been listed (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry). Feel free to add your opinion on the matter below the nomination. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 23:52, 17 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Louis XV of France, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Cardinal Dubois. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

File source problem with File:Himno de Aguascalientes.ogg

Thank you for uploading File:Himno de Aguascalientes.ogg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Orphaned non-free image File:Abrázame muy fuerte logo.png

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Abrázame muy fuerte logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:06, 26 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Timeline of French history, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 5th Regiment (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:45, 15 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A brownie for you!

Thank you for your recent edits to Mexico-related articles! Your work is greatly appreciated. MX () 02:54, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Recent Edits

Your recent edits appear to be problematic for the following reasons:

  1. The concurrently held titles are distinguished from one another only by commas. This is messy. Further, I find it best to list only the principally applicable titles, saving the courteous titles for elsewhere on the page.
  2. You have associated one or more individuals known to be sympathetic to the monarchy with the Napoleonic regime. This is more a matter of preference as the subject did hold the assigned title, but when the person is noted as having been reluctant to accept the Revolutionary reforms (which continued under the First French Empire), it is perhaps appropriate to honor their wishes.

No revisions have been made and your input is desired. Thank you!
