Evaluation

Overall the article was good and helpful on the main idea of technology but I also feel as if there wasn’t much references to actual statistics are surveys proofing excessive use in people in our generation today. As well as I believe a lot more emphasis should have been put upon the negative side effects that digital addiction brings to people. For instance the article from forbes.com “Internet Addiction: The New Mental Health Disorder?” by Alice G. Walton also explains similar issues to technology addiction, but does provide you with resources and references from reliable sources with reliable more convenient useful — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.89.211.83 (talk) 07:28, 23 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Edit On "Children using digital devices"

After doing research on the effects that technology has on children, I feel that there is information I could bring to this article to make it stronger. I noticed under the section titled "Children using digital devices" it is fairly short and pulls from only one source. There is a lot that I could contribute to this section to back up the claims made. I do not intend to remove any information in the section but rather work around it and improve upon, where the information there is valid but just vague. For instance, it mention how effects of digital devices are obesity and poor muscle tone in children but it does not say why. I could bring in a simple change to explain this but also connect it to other effects, while adding more sources. Mary Jayne Winters (talk) 19:41, 18 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
