The elections caused great controversy when Council Chief Exectuive Mark Hall failed to ensure appropiate arrangements to have a smooth running election which created fall out amongst staff. The subsequent whitewash was raised by Sir Edward Garnier in the House of Commons and it is strongly beleived that the Council needs to be put into special measures. |
