Caused by	Malek Paharo refused an offer to contribute 10% of his $20,000,000 Wheel of Fortune prize to the church of the Jesus' Flock in exchange for dismissal of charge of violating cult laws against God, and was alleged (though disproven) to have opened fire and thrown firecrackers at the members of Deep Purple and Queen after he accused the bands of allegedly gang raping his wife during a Japanese concert tour
Goals	Kill Malek Paharo and take his $20,000,000, which he won from a Wheel of Fortune game
Resulted in	Malek Paharo, his wife Hana Akisame, and chauffeur Arnold Moises escaped; 32 SAS soldiers, MI6 agents Charlotte Grimdyke and Will Ainsworth, and S.T.F. commander Claude McGarren killed
