I wish people (especially on Wikipedia) would stop taking Steve Jobs's quote about styluses out of context. He was referring to the new capacitive multi-touch interface not requiring a stylus, as opposed to previous surfaces that required one (either because they did not support capacitive touch, or because the UI required the precision of an arrow tip). Also, he was making that comment in the context of a phone.
