I used to spend most of my time reverting vandalism, but rapidly became burned out. I have now mostly given up vandal reverting, and try to improve Wikipedia in other ways. I am a great fan of both [[Star Wars]] and [[Star Trek]], and edit related articles occasionally. My favorites series of Stat Trek are [[Star Trek: Enterprise]] and [[Star Trek: The Original Series]], which in my view holds up well against every subsequent series. My favorite episodes of the original series of Star Trek are "[[Arena (Star Trek: The Original Series)|Arena]]", "[[Space Seed]]", "[[This Side of Paradise (Star_Trek: The Original_Series)|This Side of Paradise]]", "[[The City on the Edge of Forever]]", "[[Who Mourns for Adonais?]]", "[[The Gamesters of Triskelion]]", "[[Assignment: Earth]]", "[[Is There in Truth No Beauty?]]", "[[Plato's Stepchildren]]", as well as the unjustly maligned "[[Turnabout Intruder]]" and the unaired pilot "[[The Cage (Star Trek: The Original Series)|The Cage]]". |

I am strongly opposed to abortion, which I consider murder and wrong in all cases, even when the mother's life is at risk. Without making any specific historical comparisons, I do consider that legalizing abortion is in effect legalizing mass murder. However, my personal views have nothing to do with the edits I make to abortion-related articles, which have always been minor and uncontroversial. |

Other editors may be more interested to know that I have kept a copy of the now deleted [[Wikipedia: List of banned users]] on my hard drive, and am prepared to consider sharing its contents with other editors. I see no good reason why only administrators should have access to that valuable information (I have always considered it unfair that they can see deleted pages while other users cannot). I will consider requests on a case-by-case basis; I would be happy to host the entire list in my user space, if only that were allowed. |
