Sonar: Patent-pending algorithm that weighs 70+ variables to find candidates more likely to change jobs.

First Pass: Mobile app allowing recruiters to vote on lists of candidates. [9]

Diversity: Paired with Search, Diversity allows recruiters to locate candidates of under-represented groups to diversity their hiring funnel.[10]
