Jacopo Zabolino (or Zabolini) was a minor Umbrian painter of the school of Spoleto, who flourished in the late 15th century. He has left frescoes dated 1488 in the church of St. Lorenzo at Azzano near Spoleto, and frescoes at the roadside shrine of the Madonna delle Forche near Castel S. Felice have been attributed to him.
Probably his most ambitious work is the deatched fresco decoration of the vault of the church of Santa Caterina della Stelletta, Spoleto, which is now in the Museum of Fine Arts (Budapest). This includes the six-and-a-half-meter high figure of the Blessing Christ and the busts of the Four Evangelists on a similar scale.
