Ian Watmore has now resigned from the Civil Service. As mentioned on his Wiki page ([[Ian Watmore]]), having become Permanent Secretary of the Cabinet Office in October 2011, he then resigned in May 2012. The Permanent Secretary is now Richard Heaton [http://www.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/news/new-cabinet-office-permanent-secretary as seen in this press notice], and the Chief Operating Officer of the Efficiency and Reform Group (now called the Chief Operating Officer for Government) is Stephen Kelly [http://www.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/news/chief-operating-officer-government-appointed as seen here].
