Similar to Olympia Snowe,("I believe Congress is broken") I believe that Wikipedia is broken. So I have resigned as an active editor and contributor (a post I held for several years). I feel that I can do more help by reminding editors & contributors who have (in my estimation) lost their way in remembering what the rules, regulations, (and more importantly) their definitions, actually mean in the greater quest to edit Wikipedia articles; and to gently remind them that there is no "We" in Wikipedia ~ only "Us". Regardless what we think of ourselves, no one is above another here. |
