Founding teacher, Mary Tracy, was supported in her leading by members of Portland Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. She is currently the Director of Studies and continues to teach Language Arts. James Grumbach became Head of School in the July of 2007 and will leave in June 2012. He had been a teacher and administrator for 29 years at [[George School]]. He also served on the school committee for [[Newtown School, Waterford|Newtown Friends School]].

The new Head of School is Jenny Rowe, currently the Director of the Community School in Tamworth, New Hampshire. Jenny will begin her duties in July 2012.
