I think that since this lobbying group is well-documented in newspaper articles and also is regionally notable, not unlike a significant campaign for public office, it should be able to survive any deletion attempts. Of course, let me know if the article gets nominated, and I will do what I can to provide rationales for keeping. Assessment

It was either High or Top importance, given the long bridge discussion, so I aimed high. Feel free to lower it Steve or Wmarsh.--Bedford 17:56, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'll call it "High". Anyway, thanks for the reference -- that's exactly the one I was going to look up. Stevie is the man! TalkWork 21:29, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Understood.--Bedford 05:20, 17 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Name change from 8664.org to 8664 or 8664, Inc.

The organization's website is indeed 8664.org, but if you check that website, you'll see they refer to themselves as simply 8664. Also, if you check the Kentucky Secretary of State's database, you'll see they are incorporated as 8664, Inc., (not 8664.org, Inc.).

Therefore I propose moving the article to 8664. (And, along the way, including the fact that it is incorporated as a non-profit.)

I'll be happy to do all this, but wanted to run it by the rest of you first. Frappyjohn (talk) 00:39, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Works for me. "8664" is the common name without a doubt. Stevie is the man! TalkWork 13:35, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Since there's no objections, I'll go ahead and do the move. Stevie is the man! TalkWork 14:30, 25 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
