Proposed deletion of Rachelle Hruska

The article Rachelle Hruska has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Questionably notable person. Despite the references mentioning her, I am not sure any of them do much to support the article. Article is peppered with peacock terms, and was filled with inline links to her website which I have now removed. Had they remained, article would have been very close to G11 blatant advertising.
