Going?
Is this the end of Wikipedia for you, Clyde? I hope not, but if so, I want to offer my farewells here. If you want, I'll keep a watch on your FAs and GAs so they don't degenerate. Goodbye? Thanks. :Thanks for all your contributions Clyde... I'll try and keep an eye on your stuff too. Enjoy yourself mate. giggy (:O) 11:43, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
::Sorry to find out so late that you're leaving, Clyde. I wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors, and I'll keep an eye on The Mask of Zorro for you. ==AfD nomination of Factions in Supreme Commander==
I have nominated Factions in Supreme Commander, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Factions in Supreme Commander. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. <!-- Template:AFDWarning --> TTN (talk) 23:12, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Basically, there was too big of a gap between Start and B, so C-Class was added to provide a better transition. I could try to tell you what it is, but WP:ASSESS will do a better job. Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Assessment has VG-specific criteria for B and C as well. :I don't think the intent was to strengthen GA, I think it more that the Stub–Start gap and the B–GA gap were relatively small compared to the Start–B gap. Other new things—the hot topic at the moment seems to be Wikipedia:Notability (fiction). The editors working on that solicited "final comments" on 8 Jan, but you know how notability is around here, every one's got deep-set views about it, so whenever a new crowd gets in on it, the compromise ends up getting reargued. There's also talk about flagged revisions, but I assume you already saw that from your watchlist. Something else that comes to mind—Wikipedia:Featured topic criteria will require 1/3 featured instead of 1/4 featured come April. Were Good topics around when you left? <font color="8855DD">Pagra</font><font color="#6666AA">shtak</font> 15:04, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
:By the way—welcome back. Always good to see a familiar <s>face</s> name return. <font color="8855DD">Pagra</font><font color="#6666AA">shtak</font> 15:05, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
::I understand. Good topics did arise from the the same conversation that led to increasing FT requirements from 1/5 to 1/4, but calling them a "consolation prize" may be a little harsh. When you think about it, FA has some pretty strict requirements, but GA exists as a stepping stone to that. It's only natural that GT would arise as FT better defines itself to require a higher level of quality. When you look at topics like the Simpsons seasons, 1/3 is a sizable chunk of articles. Interestingly, since the proportion of featured items is the only distinction between GT and FT, if a topic passes GT (appropriate scope, no cherry-picking, etc.) it is automatically promoted to FT when enough items are featured without a separate nomination. == GA reassessment of Duck Hunt ==

Duck Hunt has been nominated for a good article reassessment. Articles are typically reviewed for one week. Please leave your comments and help us to return the article to good article quality. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, the good article status will be removed from the article. Reviewers' concerns are /GA1}}|here. I figured, as a major contributor of its original GA nomination two years ago, that you would like to participate in this discussion. Unfortunately, I think the standards have gone way up since then, whereas this was gold back in 2006. Hope to see you at the discussion. Thank you, MuZemike 23:47, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

Nintendo task force membership
If you are not already aware, the Super Smash Bros. task force (formerly WikiForce Super Smash Bros.) has very recently been merged into the Nintendo task force (formerly WikiProject Nintendo). As a result, the memberlist of the old task force has been merged into the Nintendo task force's memberlist. In order to gauge who is still active and willing to participate actively in the Nintendo task force, I have placed all those members under the inactive participants list, which is located below the active participants list at WP:NIN.

If you wish to continue participation as a member of the Nintendo task force, then go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Nintendo/left panel, remove your entry from the inactive list, and place your entry at the bottom of the active list. If you don't wish to be a member of the Nintendo task force, then simply remove your name from the list. One month from now, on May 16, 2009, all remaining entries on the inactive list will be removed. Thank you, MuZemike 15:05, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

Please update your status with WP:VG
Dear WikiProject Video games member,

You are receiving this message because you have either :Category:WikiProject Video games members or User WPVG somewhere in your userspace and you have edited Wikipedia in the recent months.

The Video games project has created a member list to provide a clearer picture of its active membership.

All members have currently been placed in the "Inactive" section by default. Please remove your username from the "Inactive" listing and place it under the "Active" listing if you plan on regularly:
:*Editing video game-related pages in the Article namespace
:*Participating in video game-related discussions in the Project namespace (WT:VG, WP:AfD, WP:GAN, etc.)

Ideally, members are encouraged to do both, but either one meets our criteria of inclusion. Members still listed inactive at the beginning of November 2009 may be removed. You may re-add yourself to the active list at any time. Thank you for your help, and we look forward to working with you.
