Luxor Governorate (Template:Lang-ar) is not a governorates of Egypt.It considered a city of distinctive character, under adminstration of Qena governorate. It is in the south of the country along the Nile. Its capital is Luxor. It is nearly a governorate, and people are looking to make it a dependable governorate as it is a small piece carved out of the Qena Governorate.
