Orlah (Hebrew: ערלה, lit. "Blockage of Trees") is the tenth tractate of Seder Zeraim ("Order of Seeds") of the Mishnah and of the Talmud. It disscusses the laws of the first three years of any fruit bearing tree those fruits cannot be at allf rom the first three years that tree produces fruit. This law applies everywhere and for all time in jewish commnuites and for any fruit bearing tree owned by a jew. Then it disccusses the laws of "netai REva" which produce of the fourth year which is treated like "Mas'ser Sheni".
