History

The construction of Tashkent City Mall is part of a broader initiative to modernize Tashkent's urban infrastructure and transform it into a hub for international tourism and business. The mall was designed to cater to the growing demand for world-class retail, dining, and entertainment facilities in Uzbekistan. Since its inception, the project has attracted attention from global investors and top-tier brands aiming to expand into Central Asia.

Tashkent City Mall officially opened on October 29, 2023. It was developed by Enter Engineering.[3][4]

Complex Overview

The total area of Tashkent City Mall is 245,000 m², with 100,000 m² dedicated to retail space, making it one of the largest shopping centers in Central Asia. The mall accommodates over 300 tenants, including international and local brands. Its modern facilities include an entertainment area covering 4,500 m², a cinema spanning 5,800 m², cafes and restaurants occupying 15,100 m², and a state-of-the-art fitness club over an area of 3,300 m²[2].

The mall also features a 9,000 m² fashion gallery that houses 23 luxury and premium brands. The gallery seamlessly integrates with a hotel and residential apartments, offering a unique lifestyle and shopping experience.
