Notability issue
[edit]A comment by reviewer: "This submission appears to be a news report of a single event and may not be notable enough for an article in Wikipedia." While this might be true, it is biographical about a railroad superintendent who had a town named after him and involved the president, chief engineer, general supt., and a director of the C&NW Railway as witnesses as well as victims of the event. Admittedly it is the news event that made the person notable.
