Taufik Rosman (Malay pronunciation: [ˈtaufɪk ˈrosmən]; born 15 September 1999) is a Malaysian Wikipedia editor. He was named Wikimedian of the Year during Wikimania 2023 by Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales.[1]
Early life
Taufik Rosman was born on 15 September 1999. His father is a teacher.[2]
Career and Wikipedia editing
Rosman is a teacher.[3] His first edit to Wikipedia was at age 8, when he noticed the information regarding the headmaster at his school, SK St Mary’s Town in Sabah, was out of date.[2]
