The Tuloy Football Club is a professional football club based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines. They are set to compete in the Philippine Football League for the 2024 season. They are affiliated with the Tuloy Foundation.

The Tuloy Football Club is a team based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, with majority of players coming from the Tuloy Foundation, a street children village.[1][2][3]

The Tuloy Foundation itself would be established in 1996 with Salesian priest Rocky Evangelista as its founder. Evangelista would start Tuloy's football program in 2001.[4] A bona fide football club by Tuloy would be established at an uncertain date.

Tuloy men's team entered its first major tournament, the 2023 edition of the Copa Paulino Alcantara.[5] They would join the Philippines Football League in the 2024 season.[6]
