== She doesn't realize that we are Native natural born citizens. ==

She just embarrassed US. My Arawak tribe was discovered in Florida and we have been on the continent since 500bc. Her statement today regarding affirmative action legislation that my family battled for is about race in that it protects descendants of Native and African American slaves. She doesn't know we are natural born citizens like Thomas Clarence doesn't know he is African American. They are both on that bench because of those laws that protect US. I'm glad she is a fat cow that doesn't eat our tasty food in moderation. That seat will be available to anybody but her soon. And Asians are foreigners with citizenship. This is not their original country. In some cases, race does matter. For them not to cry when black America starts pushing them back. This stunt is not going to benefit them now or later. European Americans have most of those Harvard seats not US. They tread on US to surpass US. Treading on my rights to secure theirs is illogical. We don't have more students in Harvard then them. We need to extend the court ASAP. And Clarence can learn from the new Justice that recused herself due to the conflict of interest. I'm embarrassed by our supreme court...it's broken. They don't live in reality just making things up as they go... I don't know how a supreme court justice can be married to someone who tried to overthrow our government and still sits on the bench. And treason was punishable by death in the past...these mthfkrs are getting slapped on the wrist. We are becoming Lawless when we have millions upon millions of classified documents. I don't have faith in our leaders. I never thought I would see the day that an Arawak and an African American would betray US and those before US on that bench. Look at you two getting radicalized... what's next genocides via cuts to social services that help the elderly and chronically ill...a European pastor said that we shouldn't have to tithe because we already do via taxes. The church used to be the government. Healthcare is a human right. You are spending our tax dollars. We pay your salary! You have government based healthcare on the taxpayer! Biden Extend the Court. Injected False Information INTO SCOTUS Hearing

Sotomayor wildly ranted during oral arguments that 100,000 children were sick with COV-19 in Hospital. On January 7th, 2022 she said “We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition,” Sotomayor contended, “and many on ventilators.” On January 9th, 2122 the CDC Director Dr Rochelle Walensky confirmed that only 3500 children were hospitalized. https://www.bizpacreview.com/2022/01/10/cdcs-walensky-confirms-how-dramatically-wrong-sotomayor-was-in-stunning-biden-like-interview-1186641/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.138.33.183 (talk) 21:58, January 10, 2022 (UTC)

Please keep colorful commentary out. In the same argument, Gorsuch asserted that "hundreds of thousands of people" die of the flu every year (in fact, they do not; they then edited the oral transcript to remove the misstatement by replacing the "of" with a comma, even though the assertion was clearly "hundreds of thousands" when made). If you are suggesting this belongs in the page, it does not (neither does); it is a single misstatement in a single argument, and this is not a news page. If all you are doing is venting, then this is not the proper place to do so. And please (i) sign your comments; and (ii) do not remove other people's signature from previous comments when you post. Recent oral argument false statement during OSHA mandate hearing

I question the inclusion of the recent false statement about hospitalized children. I do not challenge its verifiability or newsworthiness, but its notablity. As noted here, Wikipedia is not a newspaper, and "not all verifiable events are suitable for inclusion." The criteria about whether it is lasting and persistent are not fully dispositive (hence my commenting rather than editing), but I would think counsel against inclusion, at least at this time. It was a false statement during oral arguments; in that same argument, Justice Gorsuch falsely asserted that every year "hundreds of thousands" of people die of the flu. Justices make false and mistaken statements during oral arguments all the time. No one suggests the assertion affected the outcome, nor is it mentioned in any of the written opinions in the case. It seems to me to be a case of undue weight and recency bias. Magidin (talk) 17:32, 1 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Magidin: I agree and support its removal from the article. – Muboshgu (talk) 18:27, 1 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I will give it through the weekend, but if there are no dissenting voices, I will remove the addition on Monday. Magidin (talk) 16:04, 4 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

woman of colour

I removed her being a woman or colour as she is quite clearly a white woman, Hispanic/Latino is not a race and woman of colour refers to a non white person or someone of European descent. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Famaja (talkcontribs) 23:52, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Photo of minor children

Why is there a photo with minor children here? Do we have their parents' permission? Shouldn't this be removed? Marc Yu 16:49, 27 June 2022 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcyu (talkcontribs)

Adding Category Abortion

given the current state of the Supreme Court (July 2022) and the recent rulings affecting abortion I am adding Category:Abortion. I believe adding this category will be uncontroversial.

Undone. Please see Talk:Ketanji_Brown_Jackson#Adding_Category_Abortion for centralized discussion. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:46, 3 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
