At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 16,808 in 4,706 households.[6] There were 15,513 inhabitants in 4,997 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 14,475 in 4,842 households. The most populous of its 16 villages was Vishka Nanak, with 1,965 people.[2]
