In 2015, Pidilite acquired a 70% majority stake in Nina Waterproofing Systems for 100 crore (US$15.59 million).[10]

In 2018, Pidilite acquired a 70% stake in CIPY Polyurethanes for 96 crore (US$14.04 million).[11]

In 2020, Pidilite acquired Huntsman Corporation's Indian subsidiary for 2,100 crore (US$283.4 million) to strengthen their retail adhesives and sealants portfolio.[12]

In 2022, Pidilite Industries partnered with 100x.VC.[13]
