Two other articles (Parabon NanoLabs and List of arrest or identifications made with FamilyTreeDna) duplicate the information here about cases solved. I suggest making a link from here to List of arrest or identifications made with FamilyTreeDna. I suppose this might run into trouble in the future if Parabon didn't use GEDmatch for some cases (There is also a sub-section "List of arrest or identifications made with FamilyTreeDna" in the article Family Tree DNA) and/or if Cece Moore left Parabon. Anybody any comments? SylviaStanley (talk) 16:20, 18 May 2019 (UTC)

Hi @sylviastanley 30 months on! You're quite right, I think. There's far too much info on the specific cases under a fairly small entry on a single person. That seems best merged with another article. There seems to have been a lot of biog material removed over time, as far as a quick perusal looks, so perhaps the excessive case references began with initial entries which contained too much unjustifiable material? Can you please look into this case? 4 children were abducted and murdered. It’s a very well known case. There is some DNA but this case is still unsolved. Can we please give these families some closure? Duplication of cases solved

[edit]

Two other articles (Parabon NanoLabs and List of arrest or identifications made with FamilyTreeDna) duplicate the information here about cases solved in the sub-section "Criminal Investigations." I suggest making a link from here to List of arrest or identifications made with FamilyTreeDna. I suppose this might run into trouble in the future if Parabon didn't use GEDmatch for some cases (There is also a sub-section "List of arrest or identifications made with FamilyTreeDna" in the article Family Tree DNA) and/or if Cece Moore left Parabon. Oakland County Child Killer in Michigan 1976-77

[edit]

Can you please look into this case? 4 children were abducted and murdered. It’s a very well known case. There is some DNA but this case is still unsolved. Can we please give these families some closure? 2600:6C4A:57F:CEA0:C4C8:6AF0:74F4:74C5 (talk) 03:25, 17 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
