EDUCATION: Westmoreland is the location of the former Vinson High School which is currently Vinson Middle School and Kellogg Elementary. In 1998 Vinson High School was combined with Ceredo-Kenova High School and Buffalo-Wayne High School to form Spring Valley High School.
