Middle Branch Township is a civil township of Osceola County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 775 at the 2020 census.[3]

The racial makeup of the township was 97.79% White, 0.12% African American, 0.23% Native American, and 1.86% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.40% of the population.
