The only part of that page that refers to Circus is the section that describes the circus element being removed, which will be happening within months. Additionally, the area is now being referred to as Paradise more often than not - [http://www.birminghampost.co.uk/business/commercial-property/new-paradise-roadworks-start-weekend-9765530]. Therefore, the name 'Paradise Circus' will be ceasing to exist. The area, collectively, is being referred to as Paradise from many parties from here on out. I can find plenty more references to back this up, here's some: [http://www.paradisebirmingham.co.uk/the-vision/], [http://www.birminghampost.co.uk/all-about/paradise-circus], [http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-birmingham-30484641], [http://www.birminghampost.co.uk/business/business-news/road-paradise-mapped-out-11-8306746]. By your logic, pages such as [[Canary Wharf]], [[Northern Quarter (Manchester)]] shouldn't exist under such names. I would also point out that hoardings refer to the Paradise development name, and there are indeed road signs referring to 'Paradise roadworks scheme'.
