The Shop on Main Street is a perfect example of "Czechoslovak" film. Set in Slovakia, with a mostly Slovak cast, it was directed by Slovak Ján Kadár and Czech Elmar Klos, produced by Czech Barrandow Studios and most of the crew (writing, production, music, cinematography, editing, set decoration, costumes etc.) were Czech. Rather than Slovak, it was a Czech film set in Slovakia. :) [[User:Qertis|Qertis]] 22:43, 4 Mar 2005 (UTC) |
