I don't know how new you are here at wikipedia, but try to avoid the terms like "mass-deletionists" it makes normally bad tempered editors (and there are a lot) even more irritated. Why would you not want to join a group were there is an existing structure, with hundreds of members? I often try to start projects from scratch and it is a daunting, daunting task. Our newsletter was something I started from scratch, and it was a royal pain. I am glad that I found this group after 2 years here...long story, have to share it with you sometime. Many editors want to deny that Deletionism and inclusionism in Wikipedia even exist, that we are all "wikipedians" first. These political editors are the editors who gain the most converts.
