The age of consent in the philippines is 16. Mercedita was born when her mother was 14 years old. What does that make Larry? Junior was born to a 16year old mother. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 180.190.55.187 (talk) 23:29, 5 August 2017 (UTC)
- You've spent too much time in front of your computer and missed out on those teenage girls! He's certainly an interesting character. I think I'll look in to him a little more. Countdiso 06:55, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
PATERNITY CLAIMS SETTLED: LARRY "JUNIOR" HILLBLOM, 13, Nguyen Be Lory, 3, Jellian Cuatero, 3, and Mercedita Feliciano, 2, children fathered of different teenage girls by the late Larry Hillblom, founder of DHL Worldwide Express; to about $90 million each; in Saipan, capital of the U.S. Mariana Islands. Hillblom, who died a bachelor at 52 in a plane crash at sea in 1995, reportedly sought sexual relations with teenage girls across Southeast Asia. To establish the paternity, lawyers agreed to test the DNA of the children to see if they were related. Of eight claimants, four were found to be siblings.
ANOTHER PERVERT FROM DHL

I have deleted this section on the basis of: a) it only loosely connected to the this article (if at all); & b) the information is unsourced and so potentially libellous. If you want it, look at the history. The Yeti (talk) 11:38, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
Billionaire
[edit]Since the estate amounted to $600 million, Hillblom was a millionaire, not a billionaire.101.98.140.129 (talk) 21:27, 22 January 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah, and there are literally thousands of people on WP miscategorized as Actors and Actresses, because they hadn't actually acted for pay for quite some time before their deaths. Orson Welles, one of the world's great actors, technically died a Jobless American. IIRC, Sir Alec Guinness's last role was an appearance on Sesame Street, so he should be recategorized into TV Show Hosts. Natalie Wood/Deep Sea Divers. Robin Williams/Twitter Personalities. Etc... 23.242.135.196 (talk) 08:48, 16 November 2015 (UTC)

Sexual abuse of minors mentioned in lead, but no details in article
[edit]It seems that if this is going to be mentioned in the lead then some of the details should be included in the article itself, yet all that is shared is info on settlements. At no point are even any ages of the girls mentioned. Thesowismine (talk) 23:06, 25 January 2021 (UTC)
Larry Jr
[edit]Larry Jr is named as both Larry Hilbloom Jr and Larry Hillbroom Jr in this article. Clarification needed on his actual name. 82.35.245.167 (talk) 01:09, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
Later Life of Hillblom’s Children
[edit]I Proposal to Add "Later Life of Hillblom’s Children" Section to Larry Hillblom's Article. It can enhance the completeness of Larry Hillblom's story by documenting the aftermath of his inheritance disputes and their impact on his heirs. Hillblom’s children, particularly Larry Hillbroom Jr. and Lory Nguyen, have been subjects of media attention due to their life choices and legal challenges, reflecting the broader implications of Hillblom’s personal and financial legacy. This addition offers readers a more comprehensive understanding of his posthumous influence while adhering to Wikipedia’s standards for neutrality and verifiability, using reliable sources to present a balanced perspective.
